It is found mostly in liver, eggs, carrots and dark leafy vegetables, such as broccoli. Vitamin B3 helps with circulation, which in turn may boost hair growth. You can find it in chicken, fish and wheat. Vitamin B5, or more commonly known as pantothenic acid helps the body reduce stress levels, and high levels of stress are a known cause of hair loss. Leafy greens, egg yolks, avocados and brewer’s yeast are rich in B5.

Folic acid, or vitamin B9 is needed for the hairs growth and repair, so try to eat more peas, nuts and whole-grain foods.
